Anyone have a link for a plugin that allows me (an administrator) to give a specific user a 24-hour posting ban?
This is a core feature, go to the users profile on the forum >> Edit this user in Admin CP >> Moderator Options >> Suspend Posts
if your running 1.6 this is built in
acp>users>select the user>moderator options>suspend posts>select it and set how long you want it to last.

This core feature could be improved slightly. Currently is displays a no permission error , it would be nice if it would display a message to the user displaying how long and why their suspended from making posts.
