i, sorry I bother you, but
as I enter my control panel and then in Subscribed Threads,
I see my thread visits digit is always zero, although there is 5 replies...
this cause my thread not shown at first page of haifafans.net.
would you please check it up ?
)


thread view are enabled from Configurations and settings
and i tried to run Recount & Rebuild from tools and maintenance not working
still 0
so how can i resolve it ?

Make sure 'Delayed Thread View Updates' in the 'Show Thread Options' is turned off.

Done, and i run the task but nothing change
maybe something is missing in my template footer ?

Was that setting already off?? If it was on, was the Thread Views task enabled??

but I go to Task Manager > Thread Views ( enabled ) i click RUN

i guess , wasn't enabled , i enable it , then i run the task ,
same prob

It's not going to be able to recount all the previous views that have been missed. If delayed thread views were on, but the task was disabled, it wouldn't have been counting the views. If delayed thread views are now off, it should be counting new views as normal.

am fixing same problem again
i lost my setting.php file by mistake
so i re-upload an old file ( i have backup it )
and now am having same problem

Delayed Thread View Updates is OFF
and Thread Views Task is enabled

You don't need to upload a backup of settings.php, just delete it and it'll regenerate itself with the current settings.

The Thread Views task only needs to be enabled if Delayed Thread Views are on.

So that's off, and you're sure settings.php is CHMOD to 666?? If it is, what plugins do you have??
