I am having trouble changing colors on my newly updated theme.

I have posted arrows to the places where I would like to change the color.

I also would like to change the top where it says red eclipse to mywebsitename.

The first arrow (under the logo) would be the .welcomeblock class and the other arrows would be the .tcat class.

It seems you do not have the images loading. Which normally means wrong path.

As for what you want to change -

Ah, yeah, thanks for posting or there would have been some confusion. That is the welcomeblock but it's id is #panel.

It says 1.4 but I haven't notice much change in 1.6
