The notification when someone writes in ur profile it doesht come thats why;...

I've never used that plugin so no idea, this one does have notifications though - http://mods.mybb.com/view/profile-comments

It's fairly simple to change the layout of the profiles to add a vB-like look. With a plugin or two, you can have all the functionality too.

Heck, I seem to remember writing a tutorial on doing it a bit ago - I'll try find it for you at some point.

thats a good opinion but my point is that as i go with mybb i would like the best for it who dont want the best of his community?

Ok, here's a link to the tutorial. It's a bit old and meant to be for MyBb 1.4, but it should work ok for 1.6 - possibly with a few fixes needed. I'm actually using a similar set of templates on my own site, so I'll update the tutorial with them asap.
