Like the title say, im not able to put a background image. Im thinking that is problem of the server... cause look:

this is the new:
http://usuarios.lycos.es/theworldpage/

this is the old:
http://marioca5198pe.iespana.es/

like u can see is exactly the same, the only difference is that the New one doesnt have background image.

I have this on the Theme:

There's HTML code at the top of the CSS-Code and at the sites above the <html> tag, Please remove that code.

Your host is inserting HTML at the top of the CSS:

http://usuarios.lycos.es/theworldpage/css.php

and there's a way to remove it??? or make the background image works?

Probably not unless you buy ad-free from your host or change hosts.

maybe there is a way in cpanel to toggel between frame ads or popups!
