Try re uploading your inc/language files, and admin directory, just remember to back up first
Solved, the folders needed to be CHMOD to 777 for it to work.
Even 755 didn't work?? Ask your host why, 777 shouldn't be the only setting to get them to work.

Yep, 755 didn't work, it needed 777. It's not the first time I've seen this happen.
