Yes, when you edit the forum, change the Parent Forum setting to the new parent forum.

when I changed it back to the orginal the furoms were gone!!!
this is weird since the counter near "who is online" is now to be reset..
it still shows a value as if the forums still exist but i can't see them!!

i got it all mixed and i erased the cat.. never mind..
200 post are gone now :\
Well they are not deleted.
umm you will have to change the fid and pid from the phpmyadmin > mybb_forums
revert them to what they were before!
this bug (if i was correct about it) is fixed in 1.2.
it's even when you move a forum and delete its parent.
