What URL gives the report?
LOLOLOL. You don't get it. Its not his site at all. There is one site using his subdomain Xe.CE or w/e it is, and it has it. Sinces its a subdomain norton treats it like that.

/Fail

Your video. Look at what domain shows the report.
I think Mark was attempting to say that the Norton report is about the domain itself, and not the subdomain.

With regard to this, it is still VERY helpful for the Norton report to have been pointed out because:

1. The subdomain may well be the source of the report Northon has generated for the domain. Note that any infections associated with submdomains will always be associated by Norton and other AntiVirus vendors with the domain itself.

2. Both the subdomain and the domain are hosted on the same machine with the same IP. Not good, because that means any and all downloads from the subdomain are vulnerable to infection.

3. This one isn't directly related to the Norton issue but take it how you will - an association with a famiily of spam sites is generally not a good sign.

No virus has been found by web browsers and antivirus including Norton. (Symantec)
Thinking that the results is for another site? Test it your own. http://www.virustotal.com/index.html

Nuff' said.

thanks for the suggestion. prevention is best but aftercare tools are inevitable.
I've read today your reviews on the mods directory and found therefore this thread here. I assure you that I didn't put any viruses on frinklabs or my plugins and themes. I'll change the domain soon. Wink
