I'm design my forum, but I can't send email to any members. I tried sending to my email but to send.
I also setting

SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP port: 465
SMTP username: [email protected] (or my_email (no @gmail.com))
SMTP password: my_pass
SMTP Encryption Mode: default (or SSL)
Mail Logging: default
then, I try again but I can't.

See if PHP mail works instead of SMTP.
