This would work, but it means it would do the same for all members that are online, which isn't what you want. Best option is to either keep your PC on, or if you have a server (or something else that stays on) make a PHP script (or cURL, not sure ) that automatically refreshes the page with your username and login.

Get Firefox and the ReloadEvery plugin. That is most cool thing for that, it is simple. Only thing what is little weird its your Views on some thread are bigger.
You can reload your page every 5 second so you can try it on thread and u will see views on that thread
