What i will loose , and what kind of problems i will experience when upgrading from version 1.2.14 to version 1.6 ?

You'll lose your plugins and themes. Make sure all plugins are deactivated before you upgrade.

Success, updated, My theme remain almost intacked, plugins updated to work with 1.6. thats it, thanks.
