Do you have permission to release it for MyBB or just to convert for yourself?

I dont even request for a permision when i dont even know someone who he will convert for me

No one is going to offer to convert it if you don't have permission to do so.

There's no point in spending time trying to find someone to convert it if you don't have permission to convert it anyway

I go with the way if i will found i will ask for a permision thats my logic

1. Ask the author if you can make a similar theme for MyBB.
2. If you are granted permission, you must make the theme from scratch using the default MyBB theme.
* The permission is for copying ideas and not for the vb theme itself
