Yeah, the only way we can help you speed up your site is by looking at the debug stats on your forum. I never trust websites like the image of one you posted since they are likely inaccurate.

because it shows my result
but in alexa and google webmaster my website speed is 1.2 sec which is good enough
so please dnt go behind http://www.vertain.com
