Is there any scope of sending the used password to the user's email address when we add that new user through ACP->Users&Groups->Add New User?

I'm pretty sure this would require a plugin, and there isn't one available at the moment.

it is necessary for admin to have this option, as when they close their board from registrations and if they want to recruit new members suppose if it is a professional programming/coding tips sharing site, and if they want to recruit professional coders, they can add new members by filling details in ACP. But it they are going to add more members, it will be annoying to save all their passwords and tell to them by email or something.

So if we have this option, it gives the possibility that the password is mailed to them after creating their account.
