Is there any way to make a back up only in admin panel...

Backup as in file backup or database backup?

only in admin panel

I am asking if you want to backup your files or your database. Database can be done via the ACP ( ACP -> Tools and Maintenance -> Database Backups ).

File backups can't be done via the ACP.

Or are you asking if you can backup your admin panel?

What is there to backup in your admin panel...?? If you want to save the files then you can but the only thing you'd really be backing up is any extra files you've added there...
