Hey guys, I have my portal activated, but it won't work. What I mean by, it won't work is that it doesnt even show up on the navigation bar.

ACP >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> Header Templates >> header

View how the existing links are formatted and use that to create a new one to portal.php

Do as AJS has said and add it to your header template. There is also this tutorial which will help you now, or in the future!

Ok, apparently, http://the-system.co.cc/portal.php doesnt exist, what do i do now.

It's http://the-system.co.cc/forums/portal.php seeing as your forums are in the /forums/ folder...
