I think its an awesome idea. Someone should make a plugin that will automatically make it so you can set certain user groups, or users in specific, will show up in the PM alert before anyone else, even if there message was not the latest. For labrocca on HF this would be a charm, because i know he gets alot of PM's.

E.G. - Staff member "Pro" sends the admin a pm, then 40 more members PM him, since "Pro" is staff his pm shows on alert before any others!

Labrocca might be interested.

Usually the staff has their own hidden forum, since it's also easier to track replies etc. in a thread than it is in PMs...
