I want to ask that is there any plugin which can show RSS feeds on scrolling news bar..!!
I know that plugin which works with only forum's lastest news..!!
Clear news bar, that is..!!

I haven't seen a plugin like this, but wait and see if someone else has. If not, just post a request in the Plugin request forum again

You could do it with template edits, and javascript/Jquery.
