I'm perplexed and I've tried everything I can think of.
After a hacker damaged my installation, I managed to extract the data and rebuild everything on another server by dumping the data out via phpMyAdmin and re-loading it into a clean 1.6 install on another server. My ISP then wiped the old hacked account and I have implemented the reverse process to put it back - only it doesn't appear to be set up correctly. It looks like the Themes and Templates are missing but I've copied these across and anything else should have been in the database.
I've checked the cookie setup and paths and everything appears OK but it just doesn't seem to use the styles and templates. There must be something fundamental I'm overlooking here...
