Is there any way to change the format of how sub forums are displayed on the index? As you are aware, it shows them as follows;

Sub Forums: *Forum, *Forum, and # more.

Is there a way to change it so it shows all the sub forums instead of two?

ACP -> Configuration -> Forum Home Options -> Subforums to show on Index listing. Change that to whatever you need it to be.
