That's it, simply; I need the admin user to receive an email everytime anyone posts a message. I looked through all the settings and I failed to see anything that would do the job. Can this be done?

well the easiest way , is to subscribe all of your forums!

This isn't a default feature. If you know PHP you can write a plugin for that purpose.
