I can't understand. Did the problem persist with premium hosting with Byethost?

Don't know how big your forum is, but with that kind of visitor activity you're gonna need serious hosting, not shared 'premium' hosting..

I turned off the plug-in, but owerview
I've made up the database after the phpmyadmin login
I logged php MyAdmin repaired sql
More problems were encountered

Suggest a medium-sized database 500 mb
yes, the server will need vps
No problem with shared hosting, for now

Then you're lucky.
You can ask your host to increase the number of max_user_connections for your account.. If they won't you will see this error every now and then..
