In my opinion, you should not give icons for categories, it makes the thead section look bad. If you are using a good webhost I suggest you to host the icon images in your own host, not in tinypic.
Links are not working for usernames in the last post section of the forumbit and in "Who's Online".

okay I will try my best on hosting my own icons and take them off the categories and for the usernames you must click the icon .

Just curious, what's an "exchangement?" Isn't it just called an exchange?
