I'm thinking that there should be a plugin which can do this type of work but with ziddu or any other file hosting site, which pays for downloads..!! ziddu is best for small uploads..!!
Forum's ziddu account should be used for this purpose, and whole forum's uploads are only on one account, that is the ziddu account of forum owner..!!
this is a good way to monetize forum..!!
