I have a user who can't view the threads or post. He's set to registered. His IP isn't banned. I'm able to get on the account myself and everything works fine. What could the problem be. A cache problem?

Since your end works, it must be something on his side
i.e Does his browser currently accept cookies?
Is he showing as logged in (Welcome back, _username) when trying to post?
URL?? Chances are, he isn't accepting cookies in his browser.
Why can't they see them?? Error message?? What??
He says it tells him:

Your account has either been suspended or you have been banned from accessing this resource.
You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.

All of which isn't true. He says its for all threads.
PM me admin login details and the name of this user.
Could be that he's in a group which is not allowed to view the forum.
