A few days back i was getting a javascript error in IE, but now i changed a little and now my forum is not displaying on IE.

Uninstall IE and install another browser, this will fix your site.
Looks like header_bar div isn't closed anywhere.
yes i know, there is no issue in firefox but i cant suggest every user to use browser other then IE.
So can someone suggest me the solution.

i found below div is not closed in header.php

where i need to close this, under header or in some other file.
That shouldn't be closed till after the content, in the footer.

i viewed source code of my forum and start matching tags and i found
<div id="header_bar">
has no end tag
i which file i need to close this tag?
