Is there a registration e-mail (the user receives an e-mail with information about the forums upon registering)? If so, how would I edit it? If not, how would I get one?

What sort of information?? The only thing it sends on registration is an activation or random password if either of these are needed.

Its a PM mod but people receive a mail when they receive a PM
