There are several instances of the same plugin... but yet the plugin is still in unactivated mode, how do I get rid of all of the "Fit On Page". See screenshot.

I just came across this thread, I wish you had posted this in the plugin support thread so I could have gotten to it sooner.
Anyway, looking at your other threads here about your mysql errors, I think you messed something up either during the mybb update or something else you did like not deactivating plugins or removing plugin files without first deactivating or replacing old plugin files with updated ones before first deactivating the old ones. This is not a problem with the plugin, however seeing your case I'm going to put some fail safes in the plugin so that this does not happen if the user messes up
