Just done a complete fresh install on - www.dragracing-forum.com and we are getting this

Language english (/home/a5170915/public_html/inc/languages/english) is not installed

I've deleted the complete inc directory and re-uploaded it but still getting the same

any ideas?

What is ./inc/languages/english CHMOD to?

it was 644
now on 755 and works - thanks
