Nope. Its fairly hard if you don't know how to theme.

Not a full one. There is one that shows what is what, but nothing past that really.
no tutorial but a reading help on ehow is available .
some related videos on youtube might also help .
have a search .
If you're trying to port a vB theme to MyBB, then you really need to have permission from the theme author before doing so.

Not really, as long as you make slightly different code, and your own images, its legal.
Or if they themselves are the author.
Then again that would fall under "getting the author's permission," wouldn't it?
