If that's where you've put your files your URL will currently be http://www.purox.net/Upload/ so rename the Upload folder to forum and http://www.purox.net/forum/install will work.
yea seems i messed it up big time..but, i found a nice tut that actually set me right ..i had to delete the files yet again and upload useing filezilla, then manually put in the failed files ..went to my website/install/index.php and walaa, myBB page for set up .. i dont know the rules about posting other peoples Tuts so i will pm u the link and either u post or redo its up to u ..however with this many hits within less than 24 hrs alot are having same problem downloading myBB on 000webhost and if it helped me it will help others im sure.... ty again for all ur help
