One of my users is getting a error with my sidebox plugin. The dots, (<li></li>) are out of the box, his screen resolution is the same as mine and I dont have this problem. Any ideas?

You're missing the unordered list tag, it should really be like this:

<ul>
<li>Minyo</li>
<li>Justin</li>
</ul>
