Im going to be changing my webhost, and is there any official thread/tutorial that will tell me how to, I cant find any...
its very simple if you have Cpanel on both side , ask u r new host to move data
Some hosts will even help you move even if you weren't on CPanel.
It just depends on the level of service they're willing to provide but it sure doesn't hurt to ask.
Backup file,s backup database, upload files to new host, create database on new host, import database backup, edit ./inc/config.php to point to the new database.
