I have installed a Plugin Download Emails (Author: Malcolm.)

It was installed properly but When I clicked on Download Email in Tools and Maintenance Section it shows a white screen of text.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Now Please tell me what should I do?
