hey i want to change domain of my forum so how can i shift all of my data and users to new domain

So... do it, change domains. lol
Purchase your new domain, then edit the /inc/config.php file or apply it through the Settings.
Replace the old domain with the new one.
Just make sure you have the new domain pointed over before you do that.
It's not really something we can help with. You have to register the domain, change the name servers, add it to your hosting account, and point it to your file root. Then you just need to update your Board URL and cookie settings.
