You're looking for .thead and .tcat

In the CSS yes, but those bars look like images, which you can also find via the CSS codes.

Try right clicking on that part and clicking "View Image", see if it'll bring you to that.

if it does, it shows you which image to place

Recolor & replace, there ya go.

I have found upper
but down bar where "forum" is written it remains
where to find it,

It's usually called .tcat

If that's not the case, please provide a URL.
