As AJS said, quite simply, your forum is too narrow to have a banner that wide and have all those toplinks show. It wouldn't have been fine and then suddenly broken. Just make the forum container wider.

That's because I've already fixed it. The OP is just too impatient to wait a couple of hours.
I've added a break so the logo starts on a new line rather than floating to the left of the menu. As suggested on the first page of this thread you could just make the logo smaller and it would work fine as it was.
