edit: see for temporary solution i added re-CAPTCHA plugin and its awesome cool but i need to know what were the defect in the original captcha

GD library functions somehow not working?

The default captcha won't work if GD library isn't installed on your server.

AJS dude it was first working suddenly it was broken okay how to make it work again?

You host must have changed something then, it can't really just stop working if nothing at all changes.

Yeah , ask hosting provider to enable gd ,
i had also this problem , just enabling gd this problem disapear (gd is used to make images from logic)
