Back up from AdminCP, and Backup of your forum directory...

if you take backup from AdminCp mean you only take backup of mysql data base of your mybb forum ,
and if you take backup from Cpanel mean you can take backup of your entire site including files,settings...etc
man checkout http://modforum.net/online.php
all visitors showing 404 error ... if you continue to disable seo plugin , you will loose google reputation

So if I take the backup of the Cpanel
I don't need to take backup from admincp
And yes idk why but when i check everyone's profile
I see 404 page
any suggestion to correct that?
the forum directory means the cpanel >backup and restore one ?

I wrote two very detailed guides on how do do this (database and files) using cPanel and phpMyAdmin.
http://www.forumsrule.com/showthread.php?tid=913 - Backup
http://www.forumsrule.com/showthread.php?tid=905 - Restore
Also works nicely when moving hosts.
