No, thats why the passwords are encrypted.
That's not possible, why do you want to do this anyway? If a user has a problem and can't login, they can use the password recovery form, if not then you can reset in the admin panel.
There is absolutely no reason on earth for why you'd want to know a user's password. That's like saying that you encrypt PIN Numbers in a database, but you read them plain text.
This is clearly illegal and a form of hacking. Close this thread someone.
