OK done that, one last thing, when it says enter image you would like in the forum icon space, do you enter the cPanel address e.g. images/icons/filename

Yes, that would work. Or just put in the direct link if it doesn't work, e.g. http://example.com/images/icon.gif

if you wanna make it work with 1.4x just open the plugin file and in version instead of 16* change it to 14* and it will function with 1.4
