Is there any way to increase the website speed?
There's no magic switch that will increase the speed; from the looks of it your host is pretty bad, it doesn't even ping.
You can always enable GZip and manually compress JavaScript/CSS, but that won't do much. The best you can do is buy reliable hosting.
Loading for me now too, but it's still vey slow. Post the debug stats from the footer of the forum.
