PM me FTP login details. You're still missing files.

In your root folder you have all the files, in the /forums/ folder it has all the folders but none of the root files (this is the problem) and you've also got the Upload folder in the /forums/ folder with everything in it again.

I've uploaded the root files to the /forums/ folder, should all be OK now.
