my forum is being hacked every week ,the hacker logins in and changes the tempate index page.this has happen ever still i upgraded to 1.6 . i reached an extended of each time to request for a new password to login but still i do not know one login in when i change the password every time.

is there a security issue or not?

Are you sure you're on 1.6?? You've still got templates from MyBB 1.2... Are any 1.6 features even showing on your forum??

There aren't any known security issues in 1.6, see if your host can access any logs that will help find out what they're actually doing here.
