i use 000webhost hosting

you should install your Mybb Board first :
1-read documentation
2-configurate CHMOD: http://wiki.mybb.com/index.php/CHMOD_Files
3-www.yourdomain.com/install
4-Configurate your DB and Admin infos
after l'instalation finish (rename or delete "install" folder)

and injoy Mybb

i download mybb but dont have this files....

but have ./inc/config.default.php.php

You have to actually install the forum.

This is also all explained in the documentation that comes with MyBB...

You have to rename config.default.php to config.php, it will tell you this on the installer.
