I want to be completely sure of something about the wiki.

All the content on it: is it automatically copyright of mybb.com or can anyone take it but cite that they copied it from the wiki?

I just want to be sure before using code from it elsewhere.

As you can see in the footer "Copyright © 2010 MyBB Group. All rights reserved.", although any work produced by anyone is automatically subject to copyright any way.

You are however welcome to use any copyrighted work under the terms of fair use. If what your planning falls outside of these conditions then we are still generally willing to grant you permission but you will need to discuss the specific situation with us in Private Inquiries.
