hello!
i don't know how to install the plug ins which i have downloaded...
i upload it to the directory "install" in the root folder of my hosting but then, mybb gives error that either remove install directory or make a file in it.

what can i do to override this error?

Most plugins have an INSTALL.txt file in their zip file which will tell you how to install it. Otherwise it's just a matter of copying the files in the zip to the inc/plugins/ folder, logging in to the AdminCP and go to Configuration > Plugins. There you can (install &) activate the plugins.
