Unfortunately, I have to agree. While I hail you for trying to make the skin, this composition of colors and even having black fonts on red stripes is plain bad choice (for healthy reason).

Always work on the navigation menu!! dont use the original img when making a theme!!
I couldn't stand looking at it because the color really hurts, try a red gradient on black or grey to tone down the color. Its just way to rbight.
