I certainly hope this isn't synonymous with the WYSIWYG feature. But I'd like to see keyboard shortcuts included in the editor.

So, basically, what it does - when you press Ctrl+B, it wraps the corresponding b and /b tags around the selected text. When you press Ctrl+I, it wraps the text with italic tags. Et cetear.

I use this feature quite a lot on the vBulletin forums that I frequent, even though I hate the WYSIWYG editors on the said forums. It's just a lot faster for me that way.

Or would that also be too much bloat, because my case is too special?

Well, for one, this has been dicussed to death many times and most likely won't happen until 2.0. This probably isn't extremely hard to do though.

Also one like alt+s to submit.

Use alt+shift+s to post.

Would be good actually.
