In the postbit and/or postbit_classic templates, find and remove:

<span class="smalltext"><strong>{$post['icon']}{$post['subject']} {$post['subject_extra']}</strong></span>

In your themes global.css find .post_content and increase the padding values.

How to remove from replies only "RE:" or change with someone else or another word?
